This vital role within Indigo's Store Leadership Team emphasizes leadership, team empowerment, and superior customer experiences in both physical and digital spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring effective daily operations and fostering a culture of engagement that aligns with Indigo's values and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Store Leadership team to inspire customer satisfaction

• Execute daily operations and oversee customer experience

• Lead team communication regarding products and promotions

• Manage shift facilities and health & safety efforts

• Model and promote feedback and coaching practices

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Proven leadership and performance orientation

• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and execution

• Weekly availability of 25 hours including evenings

• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
