Retail Keyholder Position

The Keyholder position involves supporting daily store tasks while promoting the health and happiness of local pets. You will help guide customers in selecting the best pet products and oversee associates in the absence of the management team. The focus is on maintaining a clean and safe environment, consistent with Pet Valu’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate cashier transactions and assist in sales
• Prepare orders and complete necessary paperwork
• Stock small items efficiently in designated areas
• Perform general cleaning tasks like sweeping and dusting
• Effectuate store openings and closings per guidelines
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Competent in POS system operations for processing
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Capacity to lift up to 50lbs multiple times
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
