Become a vital part of the Pet Valu team as a Keyholder in Langley, British Columbia. This role focuses on retail execution and customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for pet owners.
As a Keyholder, you will play an essential role in store operations, guiding ACEs in the absence of management. You'll be responsible for cashier duties, managing merchandise orders, and maintaining store cleanliness. This position requires a friendly disposition and a commitment to service, along with the physical capability to handle stocking and inventory tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the POS system for customer transactions
• Assist with stocking and maintaining store merchandise
• Open and close the store following company policies
• Train ACEs and assign daily tasks when needed
• Perform general store maintenance including sweeping and dusting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service
• Outgoing personality with strong service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required
