Otter Co-op is searching for a Part-Time Grocery Associate to join our Retail Centre team. In this position, you will focus on excellent service delivery, assisting customers with their shopping needs, keeping the store organized and stocked, and ensuring a safe environment. Candidates are expected to work various shifts throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing department activities and operations

• Provide courteous service to guests, answering their needs

• Escort customers to appropriate aisles for assistance

• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and organized

• Stock shelves and manage product displays effectively

Requirements:

• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Open availability for various shifts throughout the week

• Reliable transportation for all shift timings
