In this role, reporting to the Fashion Manager, you will build long-term relationships with customers and assist them with wardrobe needs. Your responsibilities will include product knowledge, creating promotional awareness, visual merchandising, and maintaining a tidy area. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests

• Advise on wardrobe choices and fashion trends

• Share promotional and event information with customers

• Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation

• Maintain a neat and organized retail area

Requirements:

• Retail experience is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Interest in fashion and customer service
