In this part-time role, you will support the Retail Center by engaging with customers and helping them fulfill their wardrobe needs. Your contributions will shape the shopping experience and maintain the store's aesthetic appeal. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service and advice to customers
• Analyze and address guest wardrobe requirements
• Contribute to visual merchandising within the store
• Keep merchandise organized and visually appealing
• Communicate current promotions and events effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Deep interest in fashion is beneficial
• Strong communication abilities are essential
• Must handle physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs
• Availability for diverse shifts, including weekends
