Your role includes managing vehicle inventory and providing outstanding customer service in Langley, British Columbia.
As a full-time Lot Associate, you will work with various OEM brands during your shifts. Essential skills include attention to detail, equipment operation, and ensuring cleanliness of the dealership lot. Interacting with customers will be a key component of your responsibilities, aiming to exceed their expectations throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport and manage vehicles safely across the lot
• Maintain cleanliness of inventory and showroom vehicles
• Offer professional assistance to all customers
• Perform routine checks and startup of vehicles
• Report any safety concerns to management
Requirements:
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license
• Clean Drivers Abstract required
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience in customer service is a plus
