Otter Co-op is seeking a dedicated Part Time Guest Service Associate for the Langley Retail Centre. You will provide outstanding customer service and process orders efficiently while adhering to our core values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to safety, and weekend availability to work varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to guests consistently
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash tills daily with precision
• Contribute to team values of Integrity and Community
• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
• Previous cashier experience preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Open availability for various shifts including weekends
