Guide customers toward healthier choices as a Wellness Team Member specializing in vitamins, supplements, and natural beauty products. Work up to 24 hours weekly across weekday, weekend, and AM/PM shifts.
At Nature's Fare Markets, you will educate customers about vitamins, supplements, and natural health products. You will recommend combinations supporting short-term and long-term health goals. Your interest in makeup and skin care can strengthen customer assistance within the wellness department.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly into the wellness department
- Ask questions and suggest products for specific needs
- Explain treatment plans and complementary product add-ons
- Complete regular product knowledge training
- Create attractive, organized wellness displays
- Strong knowledge of vitamins and supplements
- Certification in vitamins and supplements preferred
- Customer service experience in retail or food service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability for weekday, weekend, and AM/PM shifts
