Key Responsibilities:
• Guide patients in choosing frames and lenses
• Conduct frame repairs and adjustments
• Clean and prepare clinical spaces
• Carry out pre-testing with equipment
• Manage inquiries and schedule appointments
Requirements:
• Good computer skills and multitasking capability
• Prior experience in customer service
• Positive interaction skills with clients
• Effective telephone communication
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
