As a Diamond Consultant reporting to the Store Director, you serve as a product expert supporting customers during significant life moments. You’ll master everything about diamonds and product offerings, equipped to build trust and provide tailored solutions. Engaging clients through the Spence Experience is key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the Spence Experience
• Deliver compelling diamond presentations to customers
• Complete sales activities to sharpen your skills
• Exceed sales targets while maintaining integrity
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a competitive sales environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Goal-oriented with a competitive yet team-oriented nature
• Problem-solving skills to meet clients’ needs
