With a base salary of $45,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, and uncapped commissions, there is significant earning potential, with top performers earning $150,000+ annually. This is a consultative, in-home sales role focused on converting qualified leads into customers. You will meet with homeowners throughout the Lower Mainland, assess their needs, design customized window and door solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process from consultation to signed contract.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, sales discipline, and a proven ability to close. You will need to build trust quickly, uncover customer needs, communicate value, handle objections confidently, and consistently turn opportunities into results.

This is a performance-driven role for a sales professional who is motivated by competition, accountability, and the opportunity to directly influence their earnings.

• Meet with qualified homeowners to assess their needs and recommend customized window and door solutions.
• Lead customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement, creating urgency and helping them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Build trust quickly with homeowners from diverse backgrounds, uncover their motivations, and clearly communicate the value of Centra’s products, installation expertise, and customer experience.
• Develop accurate and professional quotations tailored to each homeowner’s needs and budget.
• Engage all decision-makers throughout the sales process and confidently ask for the business.
• Handle objections professionally and effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Consistently convert opportunities into sales while achieving and exceeding individual performance targets.
• Maintain the flexibility to meet homeowners when they are available, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Accurately maintain customer information, quotations, and sales activities within company systems.
• Contribute to Centra’s continued growth throughout the Lower Mainland by delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, along with strong English communication skills, is required.
• Five or more years of experience closing deals in a competitive B2C sales environment. Experience in home improvement, construction, automotive, or another premium sales industry is preferred.
