Kitchen Makeovers is seeking an experienced sales consultant to manage company-booked consultations. You will help homeowners envision stunning kitchen transformations through cabinet refacing and refinishing. Ideal candidates possess in-home sales experience and have a keen ability to ask questions that uncover homeowner desires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 5 to 10 consultations weekly in various locations
• Measure and scope kitchens to produce accurate estimates
• Guide clients through style selections and pricing options
• Follow up on estimates to secure decisions
• Maintain logs in Pipedrive and Google Sheets
Requirements:
• 1+ years in face-to-face sales, ideally in-home
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills
• Ability to ask for the business assertively
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean record
