Compensation:
Paid onboarding and training during the initial development period, followed by uncapped commission-based compensation. Complete compensation details are reviewed during the interview.
.Active full-time contractors can reasonably expect gross annual earnings between $60,000 and $100,000, based on sales performance and consistent field participation. Individual results vary, earnings are not guaranteed, and top performers may earn more because commissions are uncapped.

Kinetic Wireless is a growing field-sales organization based in Langley, BC. As an authorized Rogers dealer, we connect customers with wireless and home connectivity solutions suited to their needs.

We are expanding throughout the Lower Mainland and building a team—not simply filling a roster. We are looking for people who wantto develop valuable sales skills, take ownership of their results and grow in asupportive, performance-focused environment.

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will meet prospective customers face to face, learn about their current services and introduce appropriate Rogers solutions.

Kinetic Wireless provides assigned residential territories and customer opportunities, so you can concentrate on speaking with customers instead of creating your own lead lists.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

You will not be expected to figure everything out alone.
