We are looking for a motivated Internet Sales Consultant eager to thrive in our high-volume, online-focused environment. You will manage incoming sales leads while developing a prospecting file and providing up-to-date product information. This role includes assisting with in-store sales as needed to provide a comprehensive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to all internet leads promptly
• Develop a client prospecting file from received leads
• Quote prices and availability for customers
• Receive and process credit applications efficiently
• Keep updated on products and market trends
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in an internet setting
• Comfort with high-volume lead management
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email
• Ability to travel to the U.S. for factory training
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of e-commerce
