Build strategic customer relationships as a Regional Account Manager in Langley, BC, using sales expertise and market understanding to grow accounts.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage Kal Tire customer portfolios and advise stakeholders on product and service solutions. This customer-facing role combines account development, contract negotiations, CRM management, and collaboration with internal teams. You will support onboarding, retention, and new business opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow regional customer sales portfolios
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Prospect for new business and expand customer opportunities
- Forecast purchases and analyze sales data
- Grade 12 or GED; post-secondary education preferred
- Three years of account management or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license and regional travel flexibility
