Casino Security Officer Position

Protect the guests and staff at Cascades Casino Resort as a Security Officer. This position focuses on maintaining safety and security while ensuring excellent customer service.

In the role of Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring casino operations and ensuring a secure environment. Your main tasks will engage you in handling access control, responding to guest inquiries, and conducting thorough investigations. This position requires strong attention to detail and a guest-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be present on the gaming floor and assist guests

• Control access to sensitive areas of the casino

• Monitor alarms and manage key distribution

• Maintain daily logs and report incidents

• Provide First Aid as necessary

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security experience required

• High level of organizational skills and detail orientation

• Current First Aid/CPR certification is a must

• Good judgment in sensitive situations

• Must complete required security training before starting
