Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain security through regular patrols and monitoring
• Deliver outstanding service and assistance to residents
• Ensure a safe environment in walkways and common areas
• Respond to emergencies and perform incident reporting
• Engage in daily documentation and reporting processes
Requirements:
• Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
• Minimum 1 year experience in security roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving skills in high-stress situations
• Strong focus on safety and community service
