Support Indigenous health resilience projects as a remote Senior Program Coordinator. Oversee functionality and metrics of initiatives focused on climate and disease impacts within communities.
In this role, you will manage planning, execution, and evaluation of the Infectious Disease and Climate Change Fund project aimed at the well-being of Inuit communities. Collaborating with community leaders, you will facilitate smooth operations and ensure proper documentation. Your ability to navigate and address complex challenges will drive continuous improvement in programs tailored to Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to program standards and timelines
• Provide logistical and technical support
• Synthesize and report key program indicators
• Organize community engagement activities
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in relevant areas
• Post-secondary certification/diploma required
• Familiarity with Indigenous culture and engagement
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Ability to address complex community needs
Contribute to the empowerment of Inuit communities by leading impactful health projects informed by Indigenous knowledge and collaboration.
