B. This position focuses on providing a secure environment while supporting resident needs.
In this role, you will monitor client safety, develop individual case plans, and maintain thorough documentation. You will also facilitate programs, manage crisis situations, and engage in the community as necessary. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety checks and monitor resident behavior
• Implement case management for individual client goals
• Maintain documentation and reporting for funders
• Coordinate resident programming and assist with intake
• Provide emotional support during crisis situations
Requirements:
• At least one year in social service experience
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Completed background screening
• Social Services Diploma or related qualification
• Understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission
