Join Inclusion Langley Society's Community Inclusion and Supported Living Services as a Casual Community Support Worker. You will deliver personalized, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role entails implementing support strategies and promoting health and safety while fostering community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide community-based and home support in 1:1 and group settings

• Promote participation in social and recreational activities

• Apply positive behavioral support strategies effectively

• Manage challenging situations with safety and professionalism

• Complete required documentation per organizational policies

Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Social Services or related field

• Minimum one year of direct support experience

• Strong understanding of community inclusion practices

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with access to a vehicle
