Inclusion Langley Society is seeking a Supervisor for its Community Inclusion Services team. You will oversee community support workers, develop tailored support plans, and promote inclusion and self-determination for adults with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, support networks, and community partners to enhance individual opportunities and program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Community Support Workers

• Foster a collaborative and accountable workplace culture

• Develop and implement person-centered support plans

• Promote independence and meaningful community participation

• Build partnerships with employers and community agencies

Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Social Services or related field

• Minimum three years of direct support experience

• Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work in high-stress environments
