Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with children and families, delivering coordinated care, assessing needs, and promoting cultural understanding. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families

• Facilitate assessments and create tailored service plans

• Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver services

• Adhere to Child Protection Response Policy standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or related areas

• At least three years in human services preferred

• Commitment to completing C6 delegation training

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid BC Driver’s License and successful Criminal Records Check
