Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families
• Facilitate assessments and create tailored service plans

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related areas
• At least three years in human services preferred
• Commitment to completing C6 delegation training
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License and successful Criminal Records Check
