UGM Case Manager for Women

Join UGM as a Case Manager focusing on women in crisis. This full-time position is dedicated to supporting individuals through recovery at Cedar Haven.

You will serve as the first point of contact for new participants and guide them through their journey to independence. This role includes conducting assessments, collaborating with community resources, and providing spiritual and emotional support. Your efforts will encourage personal and spiritual development, aiding women in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead intake, interviews, and case processing

• Develop personalized plans for participants’ recovery

• Support spiritual needs through group sessions

• Document case notes and update participant records

• Engage with external agencies for effective advocacy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Required post-secondary education in a related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in community support settings preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and manage crises
