This temporary position focuses on delivering support to youth involved in the justice system while addressing families' needs. You will report directly to the Youth and Family Coordinator, guiding families through crisis with educational and intervention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth experiencing home challenges or crises
• Offer problem-solving and referrals to community resources
• Assist in skill-building for parents and teens
• Facilitate mediation to enhance family dynamics
• Develop tailored intervention plans for youth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human/social services required
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Valid First Aid Certification required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including evening availability
