Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operators and management to gather requirements

• Build internal applications that automate manual processes

• Embed AI functionalities for decision support and document processing

• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code and Copilot for development

• Establish foundational architecture and reusable components

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software development with production experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering

• Familiarity with relational databases and REST/GraphQL APIs

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
