Location: City of Langley
Empower student-athletes at Trinity Western University as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Soccer team.
Your role will emphasize training, recruitment, and player management.
This supportive position involves working alongside the Head Coach to refine training practices and devise game strategies aimed at helping student-athletes grow academically and athletically. Additionally, you will evaluate local recruiting opportunities and attend relevant team events. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support training sessions and player management tasks
• Develop game models and tactical plans
• Travel to represent the team at games and events
• Watch and evaluate local soccer games for recruitment
• Ensure effective training execution and organization
Requirements:
• BA degree with relevant coaching experience
d
• 1-2 years in varsity athletics required
• Experience as a university-level player
• NCCP Level II coaching certification preferred
• CPR and Sports-Aid certification required
