We are looking for a HGV Loft Loader Driver:
Are you a reliable and experienced HGV Driver with Loft Loader experience? Join the team at Lords Builders Merchants Kings Langley and play a vital role in delivering top-quality service to our customers.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is confident working at height, enjoys early starts, and takes pride in delivering materials safely and efficiently. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team in a well-established builders’ merchant with strong local customer relationships.

Hours:

7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays

• Safely deliver building materials to customer sites using a Loft Loader system
• Operate the Loft Loader at height in accordance with safety regulations
• Load and unload stock, ensuring accurate deliveries and paperwork
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle
• Provide great customer service on every drop
• Follow all delivery, returns, and stock control procedures
• Support the wider branch and logistics team as needed

• A valid Class 2 (Cat
  
  C) licence and Driver CPC
• Loft Loader experience preferred
• HIAB (brick grab) licence beneficial — or willingness to train
• At least 2 years  experience in a similar multi-drop driving role
• Strong customer focus, timekeeping, and communication skills
• Confidence navigating delivery routes safely and efficiently
• A strong commitment to safety and professionalism
