We need a proactive and organized dispatcher to manage our tanker logistics effectively. This role involves efficiently scheduling drivers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations. Your expertise in multitasking and communication will be essential in providing a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for customer requirements

• Act as the main contact for both customers and drivers

• Guarantee compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations

• Optimize routes using extensive geographical knowledge

• Maintain accurate load paperwork and records

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of dispatch experience, tanker preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Western Canadian and US geography

• Ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively
