In this position, you will leverage your engineering expertise to guide municipal transportation initiatives. You'll develop road asset management strategies while overseeing the planning and execution of road maintenance and upgrades. Collaborating with your team and clients will play a significant role in achieving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead road needs studies and asset management implementation
• Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop project budgets to maximize return on investment
• Mentor a team of engineers and technical staff
• Provide leadership in roadway maintenance proposals
Requirements:
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility
• 10+ years of experience in transportation planning
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license
