You will oversee the complete shipment process, from quoting to final delivery, while maintaining compliance and managing relationships with logistics partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Quote and execute both LTL and FTL shipments efficiently

• Directly book freight with carriers and agents

• Manage all necessary shipping documentation

• Resolve shipment delays and manage exceptions proactively

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment status
Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of direct freight forwarding experience

• Proven ability to handle logistics end-to-end
