Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers to meet service level agreements

• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of delivery dispatch experience

• Fluency in English;
French/Spanish a plus

• College Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred

• Proven skills in transportation and driver management

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
