Long Haul Truck Driver

Cloverdale Fuel is hiring a Long Haul Truck Driver for full-time, permanent work in Langley, BC, with a competitive hourly rate of $38.50. Drive articulated trucks safely while minimizing fuel consumption.

As a Long Haul Truck Driver at Cloverdale Fuel, you will transport goods, inspect vehicle conditions, and address customer concerns. This position requires a valid Class 1 or A driver's license and an Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Experience is an asset, but safety and reliability are paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods

• Plan routes using GPS to minimize emissions

• Load, unload and secure cargo effectively

• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or A driver's license

• Air Brake (Z) Endorsement required

• Completion of a criminal record check and drug test

• Physical presence at the workplace is mandatory

• Secondary school graduation certificate
