As a key member of the Save-On-Foods team, you'll deliver groceries directly to customers, ensuring a high standard of service. Your responsibilities include working alongside our online shopping team to handle service recovery issues efficiently. Adherence to road safety and maintaining your vehicle’s cleanliness are essential parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver groceries promptly in a company-supplied van
• Resolve customer service issues with the online shopping team
• Meet operational standards in the Online Shopping Department
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle under all conditions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and functionality
Requirements:
• Class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC
• Clean driver’s record
• Customer service experience a plus
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina
• Familiarity with mobile tech and GPS systems
