You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This position involves handling inventory, organizing warehouse space, and supporting the logistics team with various tasks. You will have strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20/hr - $24/hr, based on experience.
Work Schedule:
40-hour work week (Monday to Friday)

Role and responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy and check for damages.
Put away stock using warehouse equipment and ensure proper labeling and storage by location.
Pick and pack orders according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Prepare shipping documents, print labels, and coordinate pickups with carriers.
Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with physical inventory.
Assist with unloading/loading trucks using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring aisles and exits remain clear.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including PPE, signage, and equipment use.
Report issues or inventory concerns to the warehouse lead in a timely manner.
Required qualifications for our Warehouse Associate:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations (1–3 years preferred).
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain it).
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Basic knowledge of inventory software or warehouse systems.
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and organized.
Team player with strong communication and work ethic.
