Cozey is seeking a Fulfillment Center Associate to assist in daily logistics operations. Ideal candidates should be resourceful and friendly, with at least two years' experience in a distribution center. This position emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and adherence to safety measures as part of Cozey's growth in the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily receiving, picking, and shipping tasks
• Unload containers as needed and ensure timely activities
• Propose initiatives for process improvements in logistics
• Enforce safety measures and warehouse compliance
• Take responsibility for operational results and action plans
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center
• Physically capable of lifting up to 49 lbs
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required
• Experience in quality control is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
