Health and Safety Warehouse Manager

Lead robust health and safety initiatives as the Health and Safety and Warehouse Manager at McCue Engineering in Metro Vancouver. Manage employee training, warehouse operations, and enhance safety protocols effectively.

In this dual role, you'll divide your time between health and safety management and overseeing warehouse functions. Responsibilities include developing health and safety plans, conducting site safety audits, and managing employee training. Additionally, you'll ensure a clean and organized facility while maintaining warehouse inventory and vehicle fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold corporate health and safety policies consistently

• Manage employee training matrix and PPE inventory

• Conduct site safety audits and incident investigations

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management

• Maintain chemical and hazardous product inventory

Requirements:

• Valid BC Driver’s Licence required

• Experience in health and safety management

• Background in warehouse operations preferred

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Intermediate First Aid certification is an asset

This role combines safety leadership with warehouse oversight to enhance workplace effectiveness.
