Seasonal Package Handler at FedEx

Location: Township of Langley

Enhance your skills with Fed Ex Canada as a Seasonal Package Handler for up to 12 weeks. Engage in loading, unloading, and sorting freight inside our facilities.

This seasonal role includes tasks that necessitate proficiency in Fed Ex operations and understanding Canadian Customs regulations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, alongside the ability to lift and maneuver packages effectively. You will complete all initial and recurring training mandated for the position and must be available for varied shifts throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight efficiently

• Scan and sort freight accurately

• Complete basic and recurring training

• Maintain compliance with Canadian Customs

• Operate in a PC Windows environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs packages

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations is beneficial

• Must have availability Mon-Sun for scheduling
