Account Coordinator – Licensed Sports Division
G&G Outfitters’ Licensed Sports Group is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to support Account Executives in delivering branded merchandise programs for professional leagues, teams, and sponsors. This role provides hands‑on experience in product ideation, vendor coordination, and client support, offering a strong foundation for growth into Account Management.
The Account Coordinator will help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with G&G’s commitment to delivering a Perfect Client Experience (PCE). This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support Account Executives in building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver a Perfect Client Experience (PCE).
- Coordinate project execution from concept through delivery, helping identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and data management to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Partner with vendors to source products and support creative product ideation for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including design, sourcing, production, and logistics—to ensure program success.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to client programs, products, and vendors.
- Learn internal systems, processes, and client needs to prepare for future advancement into Account Management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative, with a professional and positive attitude.
- Interest in developing a long‑term career in account management or client services.
- Required: Microsoft Excel, Power Point
- Preferred: Net Suite, Ariba, Coupa, EDI systems (training provided if needed)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, order management, or account coordination (internships or entry‑level experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with vendor management, compliance, or promotional products a plus.

Compensation- Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000/year (based on experience)
