Looking for an opportunity to lead surveying efforts on a variety of land development projects throughout the Washington metropolitan area?
Soltesz is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Lanham team. This role combines technical surveying expertise, project coordination, client interaction, and survey crew leadership in support of residential, commercial, and right-of-way projects.
What You'll DoPerform and oversee topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, as-built, and construction layout surveys
Prepare plats, easements, legal descriptions, and metes and bounds descriptions
Work closely with clients, municipalities, and project teams
Support land development and right-of-way projects throughout the region
Ensure high-quality survey deliverables and compliance with professional standards
What We're Looking For8+ years of surveying and land development experience
AutoCAD proficiency (Micro Station experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of agency requirements and surveying standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Montgomery County experience preferred
