RoleDescription:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team at Physio Care Rehab & Wellness, LLC. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing daily office activities, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with patients, staff, and insurance providers, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including office organization, scheduling, and workflow management.
Proficiently handle insurance verification processes, obtain necessary authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
Oversee billing processes, manage patient accounts, and assist with collections as needed. Prior experience in medical billing is a plus.
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and caregivers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners; facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.
Assist in coordinating staff schedules, training new employees, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the patient experience and improve operational efficiency.
5 to 10 years of experience in an office management role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong understanding of insurance verification, authorization processes, and familiarity with medical billing practices.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience.
Proficient in using office equipment and various software applications, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and billing software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
