E-Logic is seeking a highly meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to support Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all M365 deliverables, documentation, and processes meet strict federal and IRS-specific quality assurance requirements, supporting the continuous improvement of the program.

• Develop, implement, and execute quality assurance processes for M365 services and project deliverables.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project requirements, federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA), and IRS-specific guidelines.
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify areas for process improvement, recommend corrective actions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, reviews, and internal/external assessments related to M365 deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams and IRS SMEs to ensure deliverables meet compliance, security, and traceability requirements.
• Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity and quality assurance protocols.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related roles, preferably in a federal government or high-compliance environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and cloud-based service deliverables is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of quality frameworks, audit processes, and federal standards.

This role is part of a proposal for the Internal Revenue Services (IRS).
