Software Developer

E-Logic is seeking a highly innovative and skilled Software Developer to support Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The successful candidate will play a critical role in modernizing IRS operations by designing, developing, and deploying custom applications and automated workflows using the Power Platform, .NET, and scripting languages to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Write, maintain, and enhance .NET code (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework) and Power Shell scripts for automation and system administration.
• Customize SharePoint Online lists and build model-driven Power Apps solutions.
• Monitor Dataverse performance, optimize data models, and troubleshoot application‑level issues.
• Collaborate with IRS SMEs and project teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet all compliance requirements.
• Provide technical support and incident resolution (P1‑P4) for Power Platform tools.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and support continuous process improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, focused on M365 and Power Platform in large enterprise or federal environments.
• Strong .NET development skills, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in Power Platform development and Power Shell scripting.
• Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and customization.
• Experience with Dataverse modeling and M365 application troubleshooting.
