The operations manager leads, motivates, and supports a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives. As a valued SERVPRO® franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with the opportunity to learn and grow. • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee the management of operational activities.
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• Manage staff development of the production division.
• Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Customer Relationship Management & Conflict Resolution

• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Competitive salary based on experience.
