Brief Description

As the Influencer Relations Manager
, you will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, and project management of content creators engaged to advance our clients’ missions to build awareness, engage new audiences, and drive action. This role oversees the complete creator lifecycle, from identification, to contracting through execution of campaigns, blending talent management, social media platform knowledge, and operational precision.

Your Impact
  • Manage content creator relationships for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Build and cultivate an active pipeline of qualified creators who genuinely care about social good.
  • Identify and vet mission‑aligned creators using discovery tools, trend monitoring, and platform insights.
  • Evaluate creator authenticity, audience quality, brand‑safety risks and campaign‑alignment before recommending talent.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators throughout onboarding, briefing, and content production.
  • Lead negotiations on deliverables, usage rights, rates, and partnership terms.
  • Provide creators with clear guidance, feedback, timelines, and ongoing support to ensure strong partnerships.
  • Share campaign briefs and ensure all creator deliverables meet messaging, quality, and timing standards.
  • Manage content revision process with creators.
  • Monitor live content for accuracy, compliance, and proper calls‑to‑action.
  • Track deliverables, gather performance data, support reporting, and proactively flag issues during campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing Coordinators to draft, manage, and track creator contracts while ensuring compliance with FTC guidelines and mission‑sensitive requirements and process creator invoices and payments, ensuring financial tracking and timely processing.
Your Profile
  • 3 or more years of experience in influencer talent management, campaign design or campaign execution, either through a marketing agency or a corporate brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience creating presentation decks using Canva or PowerPoint required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working for an agency.
  • Must be able to multitask and consistently manage 3+ projects at a time.
  • Creative problem‑solver and proactive team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative, positive, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
