• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in rehabilitation nursing or a similar clinical setting
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Monitor patient progress, document observations, and update medical records accurately
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation, recovery processes, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
