DescriptionThe LIVEbe Ambassador is considered critical to the overall success of our community. The Ambassador is responsible for fostering a sense of community by offering an unparalleled living experience for residents and providing excellence in customer service. The Ambassador utilizes sales, marketing, customer retention, and relationship building skills to lease apartments. Will work some Saturdays during the month.
Requirements- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- 2+ years of previous sales/marketing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize work independently.
- Excellent computer skills;
Word, Excel, Publisher, and Internet. - Excellent presentation skills and creative ability.
