Inside Counter Sales Associate II

Join Colony Hardware as an Inside Counter Sales Associate II and help the construction industry and trades reach new heights by being the key customer contact. Your role involves processing quotes, entering orders, and providing additional support to ensure customers receive the right products on time.

• You work directly with customers to ensure they order the right products and that the orders are ready on time.
• Providing a consultative approach to customer service, you suggest additional products, add‑ons, and other support.
• You coordinate with outside sales, operations, purchasing, and other departments to process orders.
• Communicating with customers via phone and email, you respond to their needs quickly and accurately.
• You support operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders as needed.

• A minimum of two‑to‑three years of successful inside sales experience.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and products is a plus.
• At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of customer service and order processing systems.
