As a Home Services Inspector
, you will: understand Orkin’s termite protection services, conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solve problems, and build trusted relationships. You’ll listen to customer needs, clearly explain practical solutions, and build confidence.

• Use in‑depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; we provide a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ homes—training provided.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings, address questions, explain the process, and set expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad (training provided).

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact positively with customers.
• No experience required—we’ll train you.
• We consider all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
