Special Police Officer Armed/Unarmed LAWW Security Services is hiring reliable and alert Security Officers/Guards - Armed and Unarmed to patrol and monitor commercial, residential, and institutional sites. These professionals help deter incidents and respond to potential security threats.

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to monitor activities within the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Enforce company policies regarding loss prevention and conflict management.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in drills or training sessions.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor access points
• Report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with site-specific post orders
• Provide a visible deterrent and safety presence

• Candidates should possess relevant experience in security or law enforcement.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years or older
• Prior security experience preferred but not required
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Professional conduct and integrity
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Experience with loss prevention strategies.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and monitoring techniques.
• A background in military or law enforcement is advantageous but not mandatory.
